The P3 Center at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is a family-centered support hub that helps women and families navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood through coordinated care and community connections. The Center links individuals to primary care, OB-GYN services, benefits enrollment, and essential social supports, making it easier to access the care families need in one place. Services include pregnancy and infant-feeding support, developmental screenings, and referrals to trusted community resources. The P3 Center focuses on reducing barriers to care, strengthening continuity of support, and promoting healthier outcomes for mothers, babies, and families For women who meet income requirements, this program was designed to anticipate the barriers facing expectant mothers. The goals of the program are to keep children healthy and safe, while providing support that helps women become confident, successful mothers.
